I’ve had a busy two months, hence the lack of blog posts and Oxford in that time has gone from overcast to cracking the flags. My favourite time of the year has arrived.
In the past few weeks I’ve been to Marbella for a hen party …..
Been the Botanical gardens in my new vintage dress….
And casually launched Emmaus Oxford’s new charity shop on Barns Road. The biggest chazza shop in Oxford – after a year of hard work, laughs, sweat and tears!
We had a great launch party on May 14th with the antiques expert Jonty Hearnden, The Art Room, Annie Sloan and Jack FM.
And even the flowers have started to come out in my garden as we start the beginning of Summer.
It’s been an exciting few weeks and I couldn’t be prouder of all the companions, volunteers and staff at Emmaus Oxford.
But on that note…….
I’m very pleased to announce that I have a new job back at Oxfam GB working in the fundraising team developing new products/ events. I love to develop new projects and as I say goodbye to launching the Emmaus shop, I’m rejoining a fantastic organisation and team to develop new initiatives to raise money for Oxfam.
I’m really looking forward to the Summer and getting out and about in Oxford and other cities to find vintage gems and cool new things to blog about. Spending time with friends and family and back to blogging.
Enjoy the sun (and prosecco!) x
